About the Event
The series of dances called Movements are a unique offering of this teaching. They ask us to be whole, to activate an increasingly strong and lively attention throughout the body in motion or in stillness -- a more total attention rooted in mind, body and heart. Through the beauty and rigor of the form and the richness of its music, the Movements call forth a total participation of all that one is.
Accompanying our open Movements class, which will begin at 10:00 a.m., we will sit together in meditation, an approach to sensing and stillness, beginning at 9:15 a.m. You may attend either or both.
Our winter/spring schedule is available now:

February 23
March 23

If you plan to attend the January 26th class and/or meditation, please send us your response. When we have received your RSVP, we wil send you additional information and the location.
