About the Event
The series of dances called Movements are a unique offering of this teaching. They ask us to be whole, to activate an increasingly strong and lively attention throughout the body in motion or in stillness -- a more total attention rooted in mind, body and heart. Through the beauty and rigor of the form and the richness of its music, the Movements call forth a total participation of all that one is.
We will sit together in silent meditation, an apporach to sensing and stillness, beginning at 9:15 a.m., ending at 9:45.
The Movement class will begin at 10:00 and end at 11:15. You may attend either or both.
If you plan to attend the June 1th class and/or meditation, please send us your response. When we have received your RSVP, we wil send you additional information and the location.
This class will the the last in this series. The schedule for the fall/winter 2025-26 classes will be available this summer.
